As my kids get older, I find it more and more difficult to keep them off the electronics. Fortunately, I have several friends who have kids a little older than mine and they often provide the best advice. So when a friend suggested having the kids complete specific tasks before they could play on the electronics, I was all ears! So, how did I battle the ever-lasting request for screen-time? I created a screen time chart similar to the one I'm sharing with you. The kids check off when they complete each chore in order to earn screen time privileges.
