Registration is OPEN for Northgate’s youth football camp!
The camp will concentrate on the basics of the game. Topics to be covered include quarterback play, running back play, lineman skills, line backer and defensive back techniques. Campers will also receive instruction on other areas of the game of football such as weight-training, proper nutrition, proper practice mechanics and speed enhancing drill work.
Date: July 23rd - 25th, 5 pm - 8 pm
Ages: 2nd grade - 8th grade
