Studio 27 Talent Development is an award winning acting studio with year-round classes, workshops and summer camps. Students are trained by professional actors and are guided through the entire process of acting for the camera whether you're a beginner or advanced actor. Studio 27 provides a conservatory style curriculum, developed by a Juilliard Alum. Studio 27 is poised to embrace the growing demand in Atlanta’s booming industry. Our curriculum is designed to fully equip actors to handle the rigor of working on set while delivering the highest quality performance. Our multi-level On-Camera Track is designed to provide actors with a toolbox of skills & techniques essential for booking the job!

Studio 27 also offers professional vocal coaching with our international vocal coach, Cheryl Harris. She is a seasoned instructor who has worked with award winning producers, songwriters, A&R and Creative Directors and Music Industry Professionals from around the country and internationally. With Cheryl's unique approach you will learn vocal technique, breathing and muscle technique as well as performance not only through voice but also through emotion and body expression.
Each private session is geared to your individual needs as an artist always having a goal in mind. Cheryl will equip you with the tools you need not only to expand your range and expression as an artist but also to prepare you for live performances, studio recording sessions and Broadway.
Cheryl has personally assisted in the vocal careers of clients such as Jalen Harris (SIMBA- “Lion King” , EDDIE KENDRICKS- “Ain’t Too Proud” Broadway Tour) and Beth Spangler (The Voice) who have released their EP's which you can find on all media outlets like Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, etc. Some of her clients have also been on The Voice and American Idol, and are Grammy and Dove award winning artists.

Our daughter started at Studio 27 at age 5 and she was instantly embraced and nurtured. She has developed so much confidence on stage both singing and acting - which has translated into all areas of her life. Cheryl, Lyn and their team are phenomenal. They are excellent at a their craft and are passionate about passing those skills on to the clients in their programs. Not to mention, they genuinely care about their clients. Studio 27 is an absolute gem! They have made learning the business of performing so much fun for our daughter!
