Are you ready to go on an adventure with us?? The Music Garden’s Music Adventures camp is the perfect opportunity to discover and experience all the sights and sounds that music has to offer!
The camp is led by Terah Tucker, one of our talented instructors in voice, piano, and our Let’s Play Music classes. Terah has spent her career adventuring into music genres, music writing, and music making. Joining Terah will be Sally Nicewander, another instructor at The Music Garden teaching piano and our Presto classes.
Campers, through super fun activities, will learn about music genres like Jazz, Pop, Music in Film, Classical, Country, and more. They will sing, dance, and craft their own instruments. The Friday Finale will feature a performance of songs and the music that the children have experienced throughout the week. They’ll show off their arts and crafts and fun facts learned. Come on a musical adventure with us!
Guitarmaggedon (Beginners Ages 7+ - including adults!)

Are you ready to ignite that fiery rocker passion or unleash those sweet songwriter vibes? Have you thought about guitar lessons but just can't seem to pull the trigger? Then sign up for this awesome 3-day camp! Together, we will walk through all the basics of the guitar and learn some of the fundamentals of music. This is a perfect camp to take with your kids – learn guitar together. Let’s get rockin’!!
Mini Musical Camp (Ages 7-12) / 5 days Monday - Friday

Our Mini Musical Camp (title TBD) is led by Anya Bray, one of our amazing staff voice instructors. Anya has extensive musical theater experience and is excited to work on our production. Amy will be assisted by David Richards, a talented local performer and vocalist.
Actors will have an opportunity to use fun costuming, stage makeup, learn lines, sing and dance, and even make some of the props that will be used in the performance at the end of the week.
Whether they've just been bitten by the "theatre bug" or been a diva since diapers, Anya and Richard will give your child the star treatment! Our mini musical camp will ensure each actor an equal time in the spotlight and the skills to develop character in both themselves and their art.
STIX! Drum Camp (Beginner Ages 8+ - including adults!) / 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Tuition $239 (includes a practice pad and drumsticks)

In this three-day camp for ages 8 and up we will cover the basics of drumming and percussion. If you are interested in playing drums but don't know where to start, this is the camp for you! We will cover everything from how to hold your sticks to playing some of your favorite songs. This is a great camp for the aspiring drum student or the bedroom drummer thinking about taking lessons. You will get an opportunity to sit at a drum kit and feel the beat! This is a perfect camp to take with your kids – learn drums together. Come join us and take the first step in taking your drumming to the next level!
Rock 101 Boot Camp (Beginners to Intermediate Ages 7-12) 5 days Monday - Friday

Ready to turn up the volume and rock out on stage with your instrument? Rock 101 Boot Camp is the ultimate music experience for young guitarists, keyboardists, drummers, and vocalists looking to level up their skills! Designed for beginning to intermediate players and singers, this camp covers everything from fundamental techniques to stage performance skills.
What Campers Will Learn:

🎸 Develop rhythm, chords, and basic lead techniques
🎤 Learn stage presence and performance confidence

Want to rock in a girl’s band on stage? Girls Rock! is designed for beginners and intermediate musicians (guitarists, bassists, keys, drums) and singers ages 9 to 12. Campers need to have a minimum of six months’ instrument and/or voice experience with a knowledge of chords, rhythm, and melody.
Led by our amazing instructor Hokulani Kalua (guitarist) and veteran girls band member Julie Dolan (keys), students will explore their instruments through song learning, rehearsal tips, stage presence, and activities. Learn songs from some of the great girl bands and female vocalists like Heart, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Joan Jett, and many more.
We will be at a fun, family friendly venue for the week…one of the private event rooms at Line Creek Bus Barn at 300 City Center Pkwy in Fayetteville.

80’s Rock Camp (Intermediate – 1 year - to Intermediate: Ages 10-17)

The 80’s brought us a wave of new sounds and music genres, and produced hits that still rock the radio today… artists and bands like Billy Idol, Duran Duran, Journey, Van Halen, Flock of Seagulls, Queen, and more.
In 80’s Rock Camp for intermediate to advanced musicians ages 10-17, you will get a chance to learn some of the classics from the great artists of that decade! The camp is open to musicians and vocalists that have a minimum of one year’s instrument and/or voice experience with a knowledge of chords, rhythm, and melody.
