Peachtree City Universal Martial Arts focuses on Choi Kwang Do and is dedicated to helping everyone, ages 5 - 95, improve their health, strength, flexibility and cardiac stamina by teaching a practical and scientifically designed martial art.
Parents, children and grandparents train at the same time and at the same place making it a "Family Style" activity!
Choi Kwang Do Martial Arts is not taught as a sport, is non-competitive and is non-contact (no free sparring or board breaking).
