September 22, 2023

Trilith is excited to announce its second Makers and Music Fall Festival from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 14. Taking place at Trilith's Town Centre, the event celebrates the town's vibrant artistic community with live music, local artisans, food trucks, and family-friendly activities.

Attendees will have the pleasure of enjoying live performances by renowned artists such as Collective Soul’s Will Turpin with his band, Real People Collective, as well as Raspberry GingerAle - led by Turpin's son - as well as RTW with Mark Carbono. Throughout the day entertainment will be around every corner with artists such as a saxophonist, violinist, singer/songwriters, and more. While savoring the music, guests can explore and shop for a wide array of handmade and handcrafted goods, including jewelry, sketches, candles, artwork, home goods, and more.

Set against the backdrop of acoustical music, visitors can leisurely stroll through the Town of Trilith, witnessing the skills of various creative disciplines, including live cooking demonstrations by Trilith's own Enzo restaurant, a floral arrangement demonstration by The Funky Shack, Valerie Johnson with Mind Body Clay will be doing a potter demonstration, and a Plein Air Paint out by the local Fayette Fine Arts Society.

The Kids Zone will feature its own creative offerings including a clay and woodworking workshop (children ages 5 to 14, space is limited, registration required), pumpkin decorating, watercolor art, balloons, face painting, and more.  A “don’t miss” highlight will be the chalk artists’ awe-inspiring creations on the Trilith sidewalks for all ages to enjoy.

The festival is free and welcomes attendees of all ages, including pets on leashes. Free parking is available in the event parking lots.
