😎 Summer Camp Spotlight: Girlife Summer Camp

May 10, 2022

A girl's confidence peaks at age 9 so setting a strong foundation during these pivotal years is very important for her overall well-being.  During a Girlife summer camp series, a new positive message will be discussed each day with activities and crafts that help reinforce the topic in a tangible way. Your young girl’s unique creativity will shine as she learns life skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The tools she learns during the camp can be implemented now and throughout adulthood as she continues to grow and navigate different challenges and seasons of life.

Some examples of workshops are: Gratitude, Meditation, Becoming Your Own BFF, Intuition and Finding Your Inner Voice, Mind + Body Connection, Discovering My Unique Superpowers….and so many more. One of the core messages discussed throughout each workshop is that the thoughts we choose to feed our mind are one of the most powerful tools we innately own.

"Hey Ali! I had to share - so I sing on a praise team at my church and we had practice tonight. My mother-in-law is out of town so I had to bring L. She was singing with us but was kind of loud so I told her to lower her voice. She went and sat down and I could tell she was a little bothered or her feelings were hurt. I asked her what was wrong but she said nothing but looked upset. I continued to sing in practice and noticed her on the floor mediating!! Omg I was blown away! It was her way to work through her feelings and not stay upset! I was so proud! I'm so grateful and had to share the fruits of your labor you made this moment possible. It's sticking!!" ~Girlife mom

"This follow up is amazing! Goodness, she learned a lot and remembered a lot and told her friend and my mom all about it. She remembered all the ingredients and told me all about the grateful jar she made that was oh so fab to filling someone's bucket, and the imaginary tool belt to pull from when she needs a pick me up! She was grateful for soooo much she read each little note to me and we have decided to add one at bedtime. So grateful for you and the priceless knowledge you are providing her that will transcend and promote self-awareness most girls don't experience until womanhood. Thank you, Ali!!!" ~Girlife mom
