Few things puts a smile on a child's (or adult's) face more than seeing a holiday light display.  Below are nearby family displays that are provided for FREE as gifts to our community.  When visiting the neighborhood displays, please be respectful of the neighbors and adhere to traffic laws.

If you're interested in seeing a large display and don't mind the cost or drive, we've included some notable attractions within an hour or two drive.

Must See Displays

Christmas Lights at the Gaddys, 898 Sandy Creek Road, Fayetteville. Thanksgiving until Jan 1. 6 pm - 10 pm.
 For over 30 years the Gaddys have opened their property for guests to drive through. And this year, they are opening Thanksgiving, even after a fire that destroyed many of their decorations in August!! As always, the Gaddys will be collecting toys for Toys for Tots, too.   Check out their Facebook Page for more information.

Stanfield Giant Christmas Tree - 187 Thompson Rd.  (near Gaddys)
A drive thru experience featuring a 40' live tree with over 73,000 lights synchronized to music. Watch for signs and tune your radio to listen to the music as you drive thru or park and walk through the display. The tree lights Thanksgiving night at 6 pm. In previous years it has run nightly from dusk to 11 pm thru New Years Eve. Accepts donations for the Georgia Baptist Children's Home.



Langley Christmas Lights, 201 Felspar Ridge, Peachtree City.  
Display should be up by Dec 1, but they always try for Thanksgiving. Runs until Dec. 31, 6 pm - 10 pm.
About 60,000 lights decorate this residence.  The family collects toys for Toys for Tots.

McCoy Christmas Lights, 168 Timbercreek Estates Dr., Sharpsburg.  The hours are 6-11 every evening.  Animated lights set to music. Tune to 93.9 to hear the music.

We've been advised by the owner to remove their listing because traffic becomes unmanageable.  Thanks so much for understanding.

Newnan

Summergrove – 101 Lake Shore Dr. has a beautiful walk-through display.  Many other homes in the Summergrove area also are beautifully decorated.

The Boulevard at Avery Park

28 Maple Dr.

The Summit Subdivision - east of Sharpsburg McCollum Road off of Crescent Drive

460 Crescent Dr.  This family has decorated for 23 years, in memory of their only child, Thomas Armstrong.

125 Hidden Brook Trail, Off Bagley Road. (North Coweta)

15 Winged Foot Ridge. Newnan. - This light display is a nativity with 32 wooden children characters (all handmade) that tells the story of Christmas. It is told on radio 101..9 . You stay in your car.



155 Hannah Rd. (South Coweta) Park.  Walk thru any night until New Year's. Weekdays 6-10 pm, Fri-Sat. 6-11pm.  

20 Canterbury Dr. (Grantville)

Cooper Christmas Lights, 620 Holbrook Road, Newnan

374 Austin Storey Circle, Austin Storey Farms. (West Coweta)

5 Gibson Road (near Roscoe Rd). Show from 6-10 pm daily. Tune into channel 87.9. The show lasts about 30 minutes.  Songs will change through out the month.  Click image for video:




Peachtree City

103 Leisure Trail - The Littman Family has their own FM channel and lots of songs with coordinated lights. The best view is in front of the driveway.

102 Hearthstone Reach - This family has handmade Peanuts scenes.




112 St. Andrews Square

North Cove subdivision (123 N. Cove Dr.) - A lot of families participate in decorating their homes with white lights. It looks like a Hallmark card!

McIntosh Corners subdivision (204 Cobblestone Bend) - A lot of families participate in decorating their homes to make this a fun neighborhood to drive through. It's especially pretty on Christmas Eve.

181 Rock Spray Ridge - lots of inflatable holiday characters.

Ambrose Lane has a house that is beautifully decorated. While you are in the area, check out the neighborhood of Kenton Place too.

Kenton Place Subdivision (135 Kenton Place) - Many neighbors in this subdivision have lit snowflakes lining the street. It's really pretty!

Westminister Village, Sharpsburg. (off FIscher Rd.)  
See Rodney the 15 ft wooden reindeer. One house is synchronized to music with a FM transmitter to 90.5

Lights are on from 6-10 Sunday- Thursday and 6-11 Friday and Saturday.  Tune your car radio to 106.3.

November 19 through January 1, hours vary.  Cost: starts at $39.99/person.

Garden Lights, Holiday Nights

Lakeside Lights at Lake Lanier 
Margaritaville’s Lakeside Lights Spectacular runs nightly at 5:00 pm November 23 - 27, December 2 - January 4, then weekends only through January 16.  Cost: start at $19.99/person.  Children (ages 3-7) start at - $14.99.   A magical walk through a lighting extravaganza with festive seasonal music.

Lights of Life Marietta
Thanksgiving - Dec. 31. Cost: $10/car, $20/bus. Drive-thru holiday light display, train rides, pony rides, petting zoo.
