WHO WE ARE
Splatterdash Studios a "self serve" art studio that provides everything needed for people to get creative on their own time and in their own way. Our space is perfect for toddlers getting messy, special needs friends who are exploring textures and sensory items, adults needing art therapy, or kids needing a break from instructional lessons. There is no instructor in Open Studio, it's mostly self-guided. However, should you have any questions, our friendly staff is always ready to help! When you're finished painting, you leave all of your mess on the table - used brushes, napkins, leftover paint - everything you don't want to take home. We do all of the clean up and we recycle everything we can! This unique concept has set us apart from other art studios. No reservations are needed at our studio. You just walk right in 7 days a week any time of the day!
WHY THE NEW NAME?
During our 10 years of business here in Newnan, we have often been confused with the popular “sip and paint” businesses. But it has always been our goal to build a brand that represented our mission: to provide a space where the visual arts can be explored by children of all ages. We felt that the “Bubbles and Brushes“ name implied something that just didn’t follow this mission. We wanted something fun and family-friendly and feel our new name does just that!
OUR PAST:
In almost ten years of business here in Newnan, we have seen it all! We have taught over a thousand art parties, taught an art party at 2am, taught over 150 campers this summer (our best summer yet!), taught weekly parties at the Cancer Treatment Center in Newnan for 3 years, taught over 90 people in one class, and even had a customer propose during a party. We have had 4 different locations and have seen our students become our staff. We have seen lives changed and memories made in our studios and we are proud to be a part of such an amazing community!

OUR FUTURE:
In order to continue our mission as Splatterdash, we have reopened our Newnan location back to 7 days a week for walk-in play. We now offer both painting parties and ceramic parties and will continue teaching art camps during all school breaks. In addition, we have put together ART FUN BOXES that are mailed both locally and nationally via a monthly membership. These boxes contain supplies to make 4 art projects. Kids can either follow the included instructions, watch our video tutorials, or just create art on their own by exploring the supplies! Finally, we are in the process of opening a second location in Peachtree City this fall and plan to start franchising soon after.
We are excited about sharing our mission with others and can’t wait to see what happens next!
