CLASSES HELD MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

9:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Monday through Friday
TUITION: $25 application fee
$180 per week
$560 All four weeks
DRESS CODE:
Girls: Black Tank leotard with flesh convertible tights, pink leather ballet shoes. Hair in ballet bun.
Girls: Black Tank leotard with flesh convertible tights, pink leather ballet shoes. Hair in ballet bun.
Boys: RVDS white T-shirt*, black shorts or tights, white socks, and white or black ballet shoes.
Tuition payment is due in full with submission of this application form.
