Brings 1950’s Rock n Roll to life with a Fairy Tale Twist

A Company of Friends Theatrical Productions has been in rehearsals a rockin’ and a rollin’ since before the holidays to bring the 1950’s Fairy Tale “Doo Wop Wed Riding Hood” to the stage. This hilarious and unique take on the familiar tale of Little Red’s trip to Grannie’s house with the cookies gets a huge dose of 50’s flair in this musical gem. Hula-hoops, saddle shoes, leather jackets and poodle skits are all the rage and all the Princes of Rama-Lama-Ding Dong wish to woo Little Red Riding Hood! But, Little Red is not too keen on the idea! So come on Daddy ‘O and join ACOF for this musical that is great fun for the entire family!

Performances are set for January 23 and 24 at 7 p.m.January 25 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and January 26 at 3 p.m. Shows will be presented at the historic Fayette Train Depot at 250 Lanier Ave. E in Fayetteville. Performances run about 75-minutes and include a 15 minute intermission to visit our Soda Shop (AKA: Concession Stand) where you can purchase all kinds of 1950’s inspired goodies! Seating is limited to only 60 per show, so making reservations is highly recommended.
