Atlanta venues offer numerous camps for the youth who is looking for very specific camps.  The following are camps from the more popular venues.

Atlanta ACE Weekend Flight Academy - Fulton County Airport, Brown Field, 3940 Aviation Cir., NW Atlanta
ACE exposes its participants to the many career opportunities available in the airline/aerospace industry. The registration fee for new students is $150 which includes two uniform shirts. Monthly tuition of $90 is due the first Saturday of each month. For more info.: 404-691-0441.

Atlanta History Center - 130 West Paces Ferry Road NW | Atlanta, GA
Provides historical camps, such as Survivor, Civil War, Cold War, and Weird History for elementary age youth.  The Margaret Mitchell House Location (990 Peachtree Street) also offers writing camps for numerous genres.  Tuition is $275/week for Atlanta History Center camps & $375/week for Margaret Mitchell House camps.  For more info.: 404.814.4000.

Circus Camp - locations in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, & Decatur.
Trapze, juggling, magic, acrobatics, clowning.  Camps run June 10-August 2 for ages 5 to teens. 404-370-0001.

Clayton State University PEI Summer Entrepreneurship & Business Academy - A summer academy for high school students.  June 16-21.  Tuition: $395.  678-466-4551.

Clayton State University Scientific Summer Camps - Various Locations including Clayton State University 2000 Clayton State Blvd Morrow, GA.

Cochran Mill Nature Center - 6300 Cochran Mill Road    Palmetto, GA

Fernbank Summer Day Camps - Fernbank Museum of Natural History. 767 Clifton Rd. NE. Atlanta
Ages 4-11. Camps during June and July. Ecology, paleontology, entomology and more. Tuition is $300-350/week. 404-929-6341.

Georgia Aquarium Camp H20 - 225 Baker St., Atlanta
Ages 5-11. Camps throughout the summer. Animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, interactive activities with animals, opportunities to meet scuba divers and biologists. $362.83/week. 404-581-4000.

Imagine It! The Childrenís Museum of Atlanta - 275 Centennial Olympic Park Dr. NW, Atlanta

Lockheed Martin Aviation Camp - Fernbank Science Center, 156 Heaton Park Dr., NE, Atlanta.

Mercer University’s Summer Enrichment Programs - Henry County Regional Academic Center 160 Henry Parkway, McDonough
Offers creative writing, mathematics, and science for Georgia’s elementary and middle school students. Program Fee is $180.00 per course.  For more info.: 678-547-6326.

Puppet Camp - Center for Puppetry Arts, 1404 Spring St., Atlanta.
