- See a Free movie at Carnegie Library.
- Play on the Kids Castle Playground at Carl Miller Park.
- Visit the 1904 Coweta Historic Courthouse in downtown Newnan. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
- Challenge your kids to a game of checkers on the checker boards located on the Courthouse Square.
- Drop in at the Visitor's Center and find everything there is to do in Coweta County and surrounding areas.
- Chase your children through the water fountain at Carl Miller Park.
- Hike a mile or two on the walking trails at many of the local parks.
- Learn about Newnan history by taking a self-guided tour through the Oak Hill Cemetery.
- Go on a Journey through the Civil War.
- Play basetball or tennis at the Clay-Wood Community Center.
