With the upcoming holidays, I’ve been thinking about adding bows to make my gifts a little extra special. So, when I was given a Bow Genius to review I was actually pretty excited. What thrilled me the most was that this bow maker tool could even make tulle and ribbon pew bows that my best friend’s daughter could use for her wedding! Right out of the box, the Bow Genius is easy to set up and even comes in a handy carrying case. There is an expandable base so you can make bows from 3" to 18" wide. Two different sets of prong attachments and a bow needle are included for various types of DIY bows.
I’ve always been fairly crafty, but I have always been intimidated by bows. Even though I’ve often considered myself to be “bow challenged,” I found bow making to be very easy with the Bow Genius. I was able to use my Offray ribbon to make fantastic bows in only a few minutes. See my video below for a couple of examples.
