Time is drawing near for one of Peachtree City’s most popular events—the annual Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival! Sponsored by Call 2 Cut Tree Service Team and hosted by the Peachtree City Recreation and Special Events Department, the festival begins Saturday, September 19, and continues through Sunday, September 20. The event will be held at Shakerag Knoll, located at 191 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, Georgia. Festival hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Over 100 arts, crafts, and food vendors will come from all over Georgia and neighboring states to participate in the 38th Annual Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival. Patrons will find a wide variety of original artwork, as well as handcrafted goods such as jewelry and accessories, home and garden décor, bath and body items, pet supplies, and much more.
Children and parents alike are sure to appreciate the newly enhanced Kids’ Zone at this year’s festival, featuring sand art, glitter and henna tattoos, crafts, face painting, games, a bounce house, balloon sculptures, and a coloring wall.
